Job Description

:

1. Accounting Data Entry & Record Maintenance

Inputting financial data into accounting software. Updating accounts payable and receivable ledgers. Recording payments received, reconciling receivable accounts, and following up on outstanding invoices. Recording and processing claims, and generating expense reports. Verifying receipts and managing petty cash. Reconciling platform settlement (Lazada, Shopee).
2. Financial Reconciliation & Accuracy Control

Performing regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial records. Investigating discrepancies and resolving issues in a timely manner.
3. Reporting & Financial Statements

Assisting in the preparation of financial statements and reports. Assisting in the preparation for internal and external audits.
4. Vendor & Stakeholder Communication

Communicating with vendors regarding payments and queries. Coordinating with other departments to resolve financial issues.
5. Administrative Support

Assisting with filing and organization of accounting documents. Assisting in other administrative paperwork.

Job Requirement :

Educational Background: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of accounting experience (experience in healthcare/SME environment is an advantage). Language Proficiency: Possess good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Accounting Software : Proficiency in accounting software AutoCount, or equivalent and Microsoft Excel. Required Skill(s): Self driven, attention to detail, proactive, able to work under stress and continue to improve on performance.
