Requirements
Minimum 2 years of working experience in accounting or finance
Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Knowledge of basic accounting principles and local regulations
Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Good attention to detail, organized, and responsible
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
Experience handling SME accounts
Familiar with SST / basic tax compliance
Experience with payment scheduling and vendor management
Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is a MUST)
Responsibilities
Handle full set of accounts including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and schedules
Manage invoicing, payment tracking, reimbursements, and expenses
Ensure timely submission of SST, tax-related documents, and statutory reports
Liaise with auditors, tax agents, banks, and vendors when required
Maintain proper financial documentation and filing system
Assist in cash flow monitoring and payment scheduling
Support management with financial analysis and reporting
Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
