• Undergraduate degree in Accounting/Finance
• Minimum 1 years working experience in similar capacity is an added advantage or experience in accounting firm.
• Experience in closing of account
• Candidate must be willing to work in Petaling Jaya
• Knowledge in e-banking payment and SAP will be an added advantage
• A fast learner & able to multitask
• Need to participate in stock take at the outlet twice a month.
• Fresh graduated also welcome to apply

Tanggungjawab

• Responsible for the full spectrum of accounts (inclusive Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL) & Reporting)
• Oversee comprehensive accounting and tax service
• Monitor the cash-flow position and ensure adequate fund for operation
• Coordinate & facilitate Annual Financial Audit Process
• Liaising with bankers with regards to facilities matters
• Managing team members by providing training and supervision.
• Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.
• Handling in financial month-end/quarterly/yearly closing and other finance/accounts related functions
• Perform the day to day of accounts payable/account receivable transactions.
• Perform bank reconsilation
• Updating incoming and outgoing cash flow
