Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Prepare and process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Reconcile bank statements and financial discrepancies.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies, procedures, regulations & Taxes
• Assist with audits and other financial reviews.
• Provide support for payroll processing and related activities.

Qualifications:

• Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Account Executive or in a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in Autocount accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
