- Preferable minimum 1-3 years experienced in accounting field.
- Candidate must be fluent in Mandarin (Verbal & Written)
- Preferable candidateexperience in accounting software, familiar with Auto count accounting system will be added advantage
- Familiar in Microsoft Office especially Excel & Word.
- Responsible, good attitude and able to meet deadlines.
- Handle accounts receivables and accounts payable
- Checking AP invoices and other expenses to ensure that expenses are accurate and posted in accounting system.
- Prepare and issue payment voucher for AP payment.
- Prepare weekly and monthly debtor aging & collection report.
- Assist in prepare weekly and monthly reports.
- Maintain proper accounting records and filling system.
- Handle any other ad-hoc duties or task assigned from time to time.
- Ensure all companies\' documents are up-to-date, proper filling and well keep.
- Prepare monthly cash flow and report
- EPF/SOCSO provided
