We are seeking a meticulous and experienced

Account Executive

to manage the accounts of the company. This role involves handling the end-to-end accounting cycle -- from data entry and reconciliation to financial reporting and compliance.

You will play an important role to:

Manage accounts receivable and payable, including invoice processing and daily reconciliation between subledger, gold trading platform, and bank statements. Resolve billing discrepancies and follow up promptly on collections and inquiries. Monitor gold stock levels and arrange timely replenishment. Work closely with internal teams and external business partners, including local financial institutions. Ensure accounting processes follow our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain an organized filing system for all relevant documents. Take on ad-hoc projects that expand your skills.

To be successful in this role you will need to have:

Minimum 1 year of relevant accounting experience, preferably in commodities, trading, or financial services. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided. We are looking for a Mandarin speaker, as the nature of our business and working environment requires proficiency in Mandarin.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
