• Process and verify vendor invoices into accounting systems.
• Prepare and process electronic transfers and check payments to vendors.
• Maintain accurate AP records and reconcile vendor statements by ensuring all expenses are recorded.
• Input and update data into accounting and administrative systems.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Assist in preparing reports and documentation for audits.
• Review and process employee expense claims according to company policy.
• Liaise with vendors and internal teams to resolve discrepancies.
• Support general administrative tasks such as scheduling, document preparation, and correspondence.
