Job Description

Responsibilities:

Handle the

full set of accounts

(AR, AP, GL, and Bank Reconciliation). Prepare

monthly financial reports

, management accounts, and supporting schedules in a timely manner. Perform

accounting entries, journal adjustments

, and ensure all transactions are properly recorded. Manage

accounts payable and receivable

, including invoice verification, billing, and payment processing. Handle

bank reconciliation, petty cash, and staff claims

. Prepare and maintain accurate

financial documentation and filing systems

. Assist in

cash flow management

and

budgeting activities

. Liaise with

auditors, tax agents, and company secretary

for year-end audit, tax submission, and compliance matters. Ensure compliance with

MFRS / accounting standards

and company policies. Assist in any

ad hoc tasks

or financial analysis as required by management.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in

Accounting / Finance / Business Administration

or equivalent. Minimum

3-5 years of working experience

in handling a

full set of accounts

. Proficient in

accounting software

(e.g., SQL, AutoCount, UBS, Xero, or similar). Strong knowledge of

Microsoft Excel

and reporting tools. Good understanding of

accounting principles, taxation, and audit requirements

. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and confidentiality. Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet deadlines. Good communication skills in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

(Mandarin is an added advantage).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
