Position Title Account Executive
Industry Manufacturing/Production
Prepare full set of accounts with accounting schedules and responsible to submit monthly report package to HQ on time.
- Liaise with external auditor, tax agent, bankers, company secretary and different professionals.
- Reviews payment voucher and outward remittance prepared by Accounts Assistant.
- Update and follow up on customer payments, reconciliation and prepare Accounts Receivable and Statement of Accounts to customers.
- Process staff claim payments monthly.
- Review daily credit hold and release customer credit hold shipments.
- Maintain and ensure compliance with internal financial controls and procedures.
- Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned by supervisor.

Location Penang
Requirements Degree in Finance, Auditing or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 5 years working experiences in accounting.
- Ability to work independently and collaborating in a fast-paced agile team.
- Possess excellent interpersonal skills and multicultural awareness.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure.
- Computer literate and proficient in MS Office.
- Prefer candidate with sound knowledge and hands on experience in accounting system.
