Key Responsibilities Prepare and ensure the timely monthly closing of company\'s full set of accounts. This includes the review of the reasonableness of the trial balance, financial statements and subsidiary ledgers Timely preparation of detailed audit, tax, statistic, analysis, and other schedules as required. Support on the external and internal audits & tax requirement. Ensure all Journal Vouchers (JVs) are posted on time with valid supporting Perform bank, cash, account receivable and account payable reconciliations Maintain Fixed Asset Register Ensure all revenue and respective cost are taking up correctly and on timely manner Handle the procurement - issuing PR, PO, sourcing of vendor when required Bank up for accounts receivable function from time to time such as handling the parents enquiry on account status and payment Maintaining and ensuring the billing system are up-to date Ad-hoc duties when required ISP Commitment to Safeguarding Principles ISP is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment.
