Candidate must process at least Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent.
Basic knowledge of local employment laws and HR Administration.
At least 3 years working experience.
Required skill(s): AutoCount and SQL Accounting/Payroll software, Microsoft office and basic computer knowledge
Require language(s): Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Candidates able to speak and write in Mandarin preferred as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking suppliers.
Committed, dynamic, strong sense of responsibility, result oriented and must able to work independently.
Responsibilities
Accounting
Bookkeeping duties such as recording and maintaining company financial records;
Handle full of accounts and responsible for closing and preparation of monthly accounting reports including profit & loss/ balance sheet, tax computations and other financial reports.
Organize and record payments to suppliers.
Prepare monthly management reports;
Assist in handle statutory audits, ensure compliance and clearance.
Process monthly payroll & staff claims.
Ensure proper documentation & filing to support all accounting and admin.
Handle office administrative work & ad-hoc support.
Liaise with Banker and Auditors.
Provide all operation support to Directors.
To perform any other related duties when required.
HR Administration
Handle employee monthly payroll - salary and leave calculation;
Handle recruitment matters;
Develop necessary documents, handbooks, workflow, policies and process;
Assist in all administrative activities.
