• Our client is company which provide trading of parts, raw materials, machinery and equipment for motorcycle and automobiles. They are origin from Japan and already established close to 12 years.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To handle AR update transaction
• To handle inventory transaction inclusive of adjustment and write off
• Reconciliation of Accounts Receivable and support inventory analysis
• Responsible for the credit limit evaluation exercise
• To assist and support in the preparation of management accounts reports including budget information
• Other ad-hoc assingments will be assigned from time to time
• To liaise with auditor and tax agent

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Accounting or partial in professional degree.
• Less than 3 years working experience in handling full set of accounts.
• Familiar with computerized accounting environment and knowledge in taxes will be an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure to meet strict dateline and independent.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, meticulous, team player and possesses self-initiative.
• Have a strong sense analysis on financial reports.
• Preferred to have work in an accounting department environment with at least more than 3 person team
• Able to converse in English fluently and good command in written English.
