The Account Executive will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, developing new business opportunities, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. The role involves working closely with the sales and marketing teams to achieve revenue targets and acquiring new customers. Qualifications Experience in sales, account management, or customer service Excellent interpersonal and communication skills An ability to build and maintain trusted business relationships Strong negotiation and closing skills A good understanding of marketing and sales principles An ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field Experience in the industry is a plus Fluent in both written and spoken English and Malay Chinese speaking or writing will be an advantage
