Requirements
Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Proficiency in account reconciliation and budgeting processes.
Experience in financial reporting and data entry tasks.
Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software.
Excellent communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, both written and verbal.
Ability to handle invoicing and related financial documentation accurately.
Must be willing to work onsite at Jalan D/A , Sungai Buloh, Selangor, Malaysia.
Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation of accurate and timely financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
Perform account reconciliations to ensure the integrity of financial data and resolve any discrepancies.
Support the budgeting process by gathering data, preparing budget templates, and analyzing budget variances.
Manage the invoicing process, including generating invoices, tracking payments, and resolving billing issues.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through diligent data entry and record-keeping practices.
Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to address inquiries and provide financial information.
Utilize Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets, analyze data, and generate reports to support financial decision-making.
