Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Manage account payable and receivable accurately.

2. Handle day to day accounting operations including data entry, payment processing, follow-up on outstanding payments, invoicing and bank reconciliations.

3. Support in the implementation of e-invoicing

Manage petty cash claims and maintain of updated filling systems.

Requirements

1. Diploma or Degree Holder in Accounting

2. Fresh graduates are most welcomed to apply

2. Familiar in SQL will be added advantage

3. Able to work independently and self-motivated

4. Can accept 5.5 working days

5. Mandarin Speaker

Working hours:

Monday - Friday: 8.00am - 5.00pm

Saturday: 8.00am - 1.00pm

No OT required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
