Job Description

Role Description



The Accounts Executive is responsible for the complete and accurate management of the company's financial records. This includes maintaining the general ledger, managing accounts payable and receivable, performing bank reconciliations, and assisting in the preparation of monthly financial statements up to the trial balance. The ideal candidate must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in accounting software and principles.

Accounts Payable (AP):



Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payment. Prepare payment vouchers and maintain AP aging report. Follow up with suppliers on statements and resolve discrepancies.

Accounts Receivable (AR):



Monitor customer payments and update AR aging report. Follow up on outstanding payments and send reminders. Ensure accurate recording of receipts and customer reconciliations.

Skills & Requirements



Diploma in Accounting

or related field.

Minimum 3 years working experience

in accounting, admin, or account management roles. Candidates who can communicate in

Mandarin

will have an added advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatory for financial analysis, reporting, and reconciliation. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve discrepancies quickly Self-motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
