Job Description

We are looking for Account Executive who are interested in expanding their careers by gaining significant experience.

Working Location: Senai, Johor

Working Hours: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Monday - Friday), 8.30am - 12.30pm (Saturday)

Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger Processing invoices, payments, and other financial transactions in a timely and efficient manner Preparing and submitting financial reports and statements as required Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure the smooth flow of financial information Assisting with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses Providing administrative support to the finance team as needed

Requirement:

Minimum 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role, preferably in Precast / Construction industry. Familiar with Million Accounting Software. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,400.00 per month
