JOB DESCRIPTION

Prepare full set accounts, including data entry and preparation financial statement.

Prepare bank reconciliations and manage expenses.

Basic financial analysis to support in budgeting and forecasting.

Assist in collaborating with internal and external auditors.

Handle account payable and accounts receivable tasks, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Implement and maintain strong internal controls over financial records.

Maintain the accuracy and integrity of financial data.

REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in accounting.

Prefarable 1-2 years' experience managing accounting responsibilities. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Ms. Office tools, experience in accounting software such as AutoCount, etc.

Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Excellent organization, problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, ad regulations.

Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.

High level of integrity and ethics in handling financial matters.

Processes leadership skills/qualities.

Can-do attitude.

Good communication skills.

Any additional task assigned by superior.

Preferably available for an immediate start or within a month at the latest.

Monday to Friday + Saturday Half Day.
