As an Account Executive / Senior Account Executive, your primary responsibility is to help our customers compare mortgage rates and find the best possible solutions to meet their financial needs. You will use our database and platform to provide professional and high-quality mortgage advice to clients.

Your duties will include:

Communicating with customers in Cantonese and English to understand their financial needs and goals, and providing tailored mortgage solutions that meet their unique requirements.

Utilizing our platform to compare mortgage rates and loan options across a range of lenders in Hong Kong, providing customers with the most up-to-date information to help them make informed decisions.

Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service and support throughout the mortgage application process.

Liaising with mortgage lenders on behalf of clients to negotiate terms, process applications, and ensure a seamless mortgage experience.

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and mortgage applications in our database.

Keeping up-to-date with the latest mortgage products and industry trends, and attending training sessions and events to continually improve your knowledge and skills.

Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth and success of the company.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Cantonese and English, both written and verbal, is essential.

A Bachelor\'s degree in finance, business administration or a related field is preferred.

At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role in the mortgage industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and lenders.

Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience working with databases.
