Handle full set of accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records and reporting.
Ensure timely closing of accounts and submission of reports.
Prepare necessary documents for internal audit, external audit and tax submissions (direct and indirect tax).
Assist in preparing annual budgets, financial forecasts, cash flows and tax planning.
Assists in preparing and monitoring project budgets, cost reports, and cash flow projections.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax laws, property regulations and internal policies.
Liaison & coordinate with banks, auditors, tax agents and government authorities.
Perform other ad-hoc assignment with positive attitude towards assigned tasks by superior.
Job Related Experience & Knowledge :
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience, preferably within the property development or construction industry.
Proficient in accounting software and well-versed in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Highly organized, able to meet deadlines, work independently with minimal supervision, and collaborate effectively as part of a team.
Willing to be based at Damansara Heights, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by MRT Semantan).
