Job Description

Job Summary : 1. To administer and monitor financial system in order to ensure that the Company\'s finances are maintained in an accurate and timely manner. Ensure timely and accurate batching and capturing of project cost. 2. To maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable systems in order to ensure complete and accurate records of all moneys. 3. Ensure timely reconciliation of major credits and resolution of disputes. Review bank reconciliation of Company. 4. To compute tax estimation for submission and instalment payments. 5. Generate and check all related reports. E.g. Management Report & Development, Construction Variance Report, monthly reports & etc. 6. Handle treasury functions of company and monitor bank balance, bank guarantees, interest payment and repayment of loan. 7. To implement financial policies and procedures. 8. To control payments and to ensure payments are made accurately and promptly. 9. Prepare and update monthly cash flow estimates. 10. Liaise closely with internal/external auditors and tax agent. 11. Ensure that all the data in the accounting system is accurate and verify all data entries into the system including cash book, account payable & receivables and general ledgers. 12. To establish and maintain Contractors, Consultants, Suppliers\xe2\x80\x99 accounts. 13. To manage the filing, storage and security of documents. 14. Undertakes any other tasks and assignments as directed by the Management. Post Requirements: 1. Diploma/Degree in Accounting/Finance/Banking or any equivalent discipline. 2. Minimum of three (3) years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in accounting function in a property development company or auditing in property industries. 3. Knowledge in accounting system. Computer skills ability to operate computerised accounting, MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) 4. Possess high ability to meet tight deadlines. 5. Able to work independently and responsible. 6. Highly motivated and result oriented; able to multi-task. 7. Honest and trustworthy.
