Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Accounting & Bookkeeping

Maintain full set of accounts including AR, AP, GL, and bank reconciliation.

Accounts Payable



Verify supplier invoices, delivery orders, and supporting documents.

Prepare payment vouchers and liaise with suppliers for account reconciliation.

Monitor due dates to ensure timely payments.

Financial Reporting

Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities. Prepare supporting schedules and documents for audit and tax submission. Generate management reports (cash flow, cost tracking, P&L summary).

Compliance & Internal Controls

Ensure compliance with Malaysian accounting standards (MPERS), SST, and company policies. Maintain accurate and organized financial records for audit readiness. Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and company secretary when needed. Mandarin speaker will be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
