detail-oriented and proactive Account Executive

This crucial role serves as the financial steward of the company, responsible for the

end-to-end management of full sets of accounts

, leveraging our

ERP systems

to drive financial integrity and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Full-Cycle Accounting Mastery:

Efficiently manage the full spectrum of accounts

including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and meticulous bank reconciliations.

Financial Reporting:

Prepare and deliver accurate

monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and management reports.

Cash Flow Oversight:

Proactively monitor and manage

daily cash flow, petty cash funds, and critical bank transactions.

Revenue Cycle Management:

Ensure

timely and accurate invoicing

, process payments efficiently, and execute

diligent collection follow-ups

.

Strategic Support:

Assist in the annual budgeting cycle,

contribute to financial forecasting, and actively participate in cost control initiatives.

Compliance & Audit Liaison:

Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors, tax agents, and the company secretary, ensuring all required documentation is handled professionally.

Regulatory Adherence:

Guarantee

strict compliance

with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS/FRS), company policies, and relevant tax regulations (e.g., SST submissions).

System Integrity:

Maintain and manage accurate financial records

and documentation within the designated ERP system, ensuring data integrity.

Requirements

Education:

Diploma or Degree in

Accounting, Finance, or a highly relevant field.

Experience:

Minimum

1-2 years of hands-on experience

managing full sets of accounts.

Technical Expertise (Critical):

Proven proficiency

and working experience with enterprise-level

ERP software (e.g., SQL Accounting, SAP Business One, Oracle, etc.) is mandatory.

Foundational Knowledge:

Strong, practical understanding

of accounting principles (GAAP/MFRS) and financial reporting standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
