To manage the General Ledger, Fixed Asset, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable & Staff Claim reimbursement. Bank Reconciliation is carried out timely and accurately, any outstanding items ( eg. unpresented cheques, unknown transfers are follow-up promptly and cleared within 2 months. Ensure Accounts Receivable system is maintained timely and accurately. Invoices & Credit Note are issue timely and accurately. Assist in cash management and monitoring of bank balances. Update the bank record (excel format) maintained in the share drive. Payments for sundry and admin expenses eg. rental, hire purchase, term loan, road tax, insurance etc are made accurately and timely. To ensure timely production of reports, accuracy of accounting records and proper internal controls in the areas of responsibility. REQUIREMENTS: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree, Professional Degree, Master\'s Degree, Diploma Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent. Preferably those with good exposure in manufacturing, construction or project engineering industry. Able to work with minimum supervision; At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.. Good inter-personal skills. Possess knowledge of AutoCount accounting software, MS office, Email correspondence; Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English.
