Account Executive

Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Prepare and maintain the full set of accounts, including GL, AR, AP,

Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing

Perform daily accounting operations

Monitor and manage monthly cash flow

Reconcile bank statements, accounts and intercompany transactions

Issue and verify invoices, credit notes and debit notes

Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collection of receivables

Maintain accurate aging reports and ensure proper credit control

Process supplier invoices, payments and staff claims

Verify vendor invoices and ensure proper documentation and approvals

Assist in preparing financial statements, cash flow reports and management reports

Liaise with external auditor and assist in year-end audit

Ensure proper documentation and filing to support all accounting entries

Perform any ad hoc duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements:



Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.

Required language(s):

Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin (must)



Minimum 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably candidate with experience in full set accounts .



Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,537.37 per month
