Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented

Account Executive

to join our team. The ideal candidate must be capable of handling full-set accounts and supporting the company's overall financial operations with accuracy and professionalism. This role requires strong analytical skills, a high level of integrity, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

Handle

full-set of accounts

including AP, AR, GL, and month-end closing. Prepare

year-end audit schedules

and liaise with external auditors and tax agents. Review financial transactions and documentation to ensure

accuracy and compliance

with company policies and accounting standards. Prepare and post journal entries, perform general ledger reconciliations, and finalize monthly financial reports. Assist in

daily accounting operations

, ensuring timeliness and accuracy. Verify invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents prior to data entry. Perform general

office administrative tasks

, including filing, documentation, correspondences, coordination, and follow-up on pending matters. Assist Management with any additional duties or tasks as required.

Requirements

Possess at least a

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

. Minimum

2-3 years

of working experience in accounting or finance roles. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Good analytical skills, strong attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines. Able to work independently with strong sense of responsibility and integrity. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
