Job Description

s:

Manage month end closing and ensure all journals, bank reconciliations, AR & AP are posted accurately. To ensure the accounting records are prepared in compliance with company's policies and reporting standards. Preparing monthly financial and management report. Reviewing the preparation of journals. Assist in strengthening and improving internal control and processes. Able to handle full set of account, audit and tax processes. Coordinate with onsite manager/HOD for month end reconciliations and business performances. Assisting in cash flow management. To liaise with external auditor, tax agent, government authorities and etc. Any related tasks required to complete.

Job Requirement:

Candidate must possess at least a

Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting, Professional qualification (ACCA/CIMA/CPA) or any equivalent courses.

Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Knowledge of QuickBooks system will be added advantage. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) Highly motivated, positive and pro-active mind set and a team player. Proficient in both written and spoken in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Excellent verbal, writing and interpersonal communications skills. Candidate must have driving license (D).
