Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data; preparing reports
Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analysing account information
Responsible for full spectrum of financial operations
Manage Full Set Account, Account Payable (AP), Account Receivable (AR), and bank reconciliation
Documents financial transactions by entering account information
Recommends financial actions by analysing accounting options
Manage budget and provide decision support to General Manager via financial and risk assessment
Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports
Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents
Preparing taxation purpose and documentation include company, employer and employee tax
Maintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and procedures
Liaise with bank, external auditor, tax agent and company secretary on company matters.
Filing and compilation related documents. Liaison with bankers & other departments personnel.
Assist on day-to-day office administration duties including up-to-date filing system.
To undertake any other relevant matters as and when requested by the superior requirements and other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Work continuously on a task until completion
