Handle Full Set Account
Prepare monthly Management Accounts and other management reports required by Management on timely basis.
Performs monthly close activities including accruals and vendor statement reconciliations.
Perform the day-to-day processing of accounts transactions.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain and update the general ledger, ensuring all transactions are correctly recorded.
To control cash flow, prepare monthly payment voucher.
Maintain proper filing system and ensure traceability of documents for Statutory Audit and Tax compliance purpose.
Support and participate in ad-hoc tasks as and when assigned.
To liaise with auditor, tax agent and banker in ensuring proper account management.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Finance/Accountancy
2-5 year(s) working experience in a related field is preferred for this position.
Knowledge and experience in using Autocount accounting software system will be added advantage.
Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Malay
Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Word
Knowledge of basic computer software
Positive working attitude and able to work in a team
Willing to learn and responsible
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Willing to work at Sg Besi
