Job Description

Handle preparation of full set of accounts. Prepare journals for monthly reports and other accounting entries. Responsible to handle and review daily accounting operations and transactions including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger. Ensure all accounting entries entered into the accounting system are accurate and complete with proper supporting documents. Ensure all transactions are recorded and updated in a timely manner. Maintain proper filing of all accounting records and documentation. Assist the Manager in the monthly, quarterly and yearly reporting including yearly audit. Identify and report any accounting related issues to the manager. Work closely with other departments to resolve accounting issues. Liaise with auditors, tax agent and bankers, where necessary. Perform any other responsibilities as assigned by superior or Management from time to time

Job Requirement

Diploma or Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent. Possess at least 3-5 years of working experience in the related field. Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. Able to work independently and as a team.

Working Hours

Monday to Friday - 8:00 am to 5:30pm-JB

Johor Location ?Jalan Sungai Tiram, Taman Perindustrian Tiram, 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor The new office is currently under renovation and is expected to be completed by end of this year or in the first quarter of 2026 and it will then moved here Kawasan Perindustrian Tebrau 1 (near Causeway Link Company).
