Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SQL) and Microsoft Excel & Word.
Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred.
Strong attention to detail, with good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
Independent, trustworthy, and able to handle confidential information professionally.
Proficient in typing Mandarin characters using the Pinyin input method on the computer.
Possess own transportation, passionate about learning, and highly responsible.
Tanggungjawab
Assist in preparing or handling full set of accounts.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and Bank Reconciliation.
Handle credit control and monitor credit limits.
Issue cheques and payroll, calculate sales commission, and reconcile petty cash.
Perform inventory account reconciliations.
Handle month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, and other authorities.
Ensure proper documentation, filing, and compliance with accounting standards.
Support year-end audits and handle other ad-hoc tasks as required.
Manage Withholding Tax submission when necessary.
Carry out any other finance, administrative, or operational tasks as assigned.
Provide support for company activities or events when required.
