JOB SUMMARY \xe2\x80\x93 ACCOUNTING EXECUTIVE \xe2\x80\x93 TEAM LEAD
The Accounting Executive reports to Corporate Controller
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Handle daily general accounting operations independently
Ensures that all ongoing finance-related transactions and close processes are processed accurately and timely
Maintains of accounts and keeps records on all transactions and assets in compliance with applicable accounting principles and company finance policies.

  • Process PO in accordance with Purchasing Process
  • Process Vendor Invoice and payments
  • Interco expenses tracking for billing
  • Maintaining petty cash records and entry
  • General Ledger Record \xe2\x80\x93 payroll, leave costing, fixed assets and others
  • To do monthly closing
  • Coordinate with payment approvers to help ensure timely approval
  • To Guide and closely liaise with other employees on the process of submitting expenses report.
  • Maintains Malaysia Office system of accounts and keeps records on all transactions and assets in compliance with applicable accounting principles and local compliance requirements
  • To handle global accounting needs for Singapore, France, China and the US
Adhoc reporting when required.

; Requirements: - Requirements:
  • Degree in Accountancy
  • At least 3 years of related work experience and experience working in an international company is an advantage.
  • Be a driven individual able to adapt to a fast paced changing environment
  • Have strong critical thinking and analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have the ability to perform individual responsibilities with little supervision as well as to work as a part of a team with common, coordinated responsibilities and objectives
  • Possess solid oral and written communication skills and be willing to initiate interaction with other organizations
  • Have excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
  • Have proficiency in an Accounting Software package
  • Have proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Internet Applications
  • Be able to commute to Seremban 2 to 3 times a week
