The Account and Finance Executive will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing financial report and statements, monitoring accounts payable and receivable, implementing financial policies, and maintaining records. Moreover, the candidate must have strong interpersonal skills and possess a strong business acumen.Responsibilities\xc2\xb7 Monthly receivable and payable reports\xc2\xb7 Create ad-hoc reports for various business needs\xc2\xb7 Prepare tax documents and liaise with the auditor and tax firms\xc2\xb7 Manage monthly cash flow budgeting & forecastingQualifications\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or a related field\xc2\xb7 Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting and finance, with a proven track record of success\xc2\xb7 Experience with financial software and accounting systems\xc2\xb7 Strong analytical skills and attention to detail\xc2\xb7 Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)\xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills\xc2\xb7 Ability to work independently and in a team environment\xc2\xb7 Familiarity with local tax laws and regulations\xc2\xb7 Professional accounting certification (e.g. CPA, ACCA, CMA) is a plus
