:
Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with relevant accounting standards.
Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to management and stakeholders.
Accounts Management
:
Manage accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), and general ledger functions.
Reconcile bank statements and other financial accounts periodically.
Monitor and control the chart of accounts and accounting entries.
Budgeting & Forecasting
:
Develop, manage, and monitor budgets.
Prepare and review financial forecasts.
Auditing and Compliance
:
Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
Maintain accurate documentation for audit readiness and tax filing.
Finance:
Cash Flow Management
:
Monitor and manage the organization's cash flow to ensure liquidity.
Optimize working capital and recommend financing strategies as needed.
Cost Control & Analysis
:
Perform cost analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
Review expense reports and provide recommendations for cost control.
Investment Management
:
Assess financial risks and opportunities for the business.
Support management in evaluating and managing investments.
Strategic Financial Planning
:
Provide financial insights and strategic recommendations to support decision-making.
Partner with senior leadership to create financial models for business initiatives.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop the finance and accounting team.
Implement and enhance internal controls and financial processes.
Ensure collaboration across departments for accurate financial data sharing.
Requirements:Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA, ACCA, or CMA preferred).
years of proven experience in accounting and finance roles, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards
Proficiency in accounting software (SQL Accounting) and advanced Excel skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Other Requirements:
Familiarity with tax laws and regulations including e-Invoice.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong communication skills for financial presentations and reporting.
Able to communicate in Chinese is preferred
