Kelayakan

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting in manufacturing, audit, or shared services
• Proficient in Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX, formulas, and data analysis.
• High attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and a strong sense of accountability.
• Detail-oriented, reliable, able to work independently, and capable of meeting deadlines.

Tanggungjawab
Our client, a Japanese MNC in the manufacturing industry located in Bukit Damansara, is looking to hire an Accounts & Finance Senior Executive:

• Manage full sets of accounts, including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end closing activities.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports for submission to the HQ holding company in line with group reporting deadlines.
• Oversee intercompany transactions, including reconciliation and confirmation with related entities.
• Prepare financial statements, management reports, and perform variance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and overall financial planning processes.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely and accurate processing, including e-invoicing.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax agents, and other external stakeholders as needed.
• Ensure proper documentation and supporting records for all financial transactions.
• Assist with process improvements and contribute to ad hoc financial analyses or projects when required.
