Assist with day-to-day accounting and HR operations and duties.
Provide administrative support to both Accounting and Human Resources departments.
Compile and update employee records and financial documents (hard and soft copies).
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc.) and financial activities (invoices, payments, payroll data).
Coordinate HR and accounting projects, including meetings, training, audits, and surveys; take minutes and track action items.
Handle employee and vendor inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, and finance-related issues.
Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonuses, leaves, claims, etc.) and support accounts payable/receivable tasks.
Communicate with public services and external agencies as necessary for HR and accounting matters.
Properly handle complaints and grievance procedures related to employee and financial concerns.
Coordinate communication with job candidates, schedule interviews, and support recruitment accounting processes such as budgeting.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree (preferable) in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resource Management, or related field.
Proven experience in a combined accounting and HR role or related positions.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor legislation, and fundamental accounting principles.
Proficient in accounting software and HR management tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
