Perform day-to-day accounting functions, including bookkeeping, data entry, and managing accounts payable/receivable.
Assist in preparing financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets and profit and loss statements.
Support the team in reconciling bank statements and verifying financial transactions.
Record and process invoices, receipts, and payments in the accounting system.
Monitor budgets and assist in identifying and analyzing financial variances.
Provide documentation and records to support internal and external audits.
Maintain well-organized and accurate financial files and reports.
Contribute to monthly and quarterly closing activities.
Undertake ad-hoc assignments and special projects as directed by supervisors.
