Job Description



Maintain organization

by managing records, entering data, and ensuring files are properly arranged.

Process supplier invoices

in the system and verify payment details for accuracy.

Support daily administrative operations

to keep the office running smoothly.

Research and source suppliers/vendors

to identify the most suitable options for upcoming projects.

Communicate with suppliers

to request quotations and follow up on invoices.

Assist with ad-hoc tasks and small projects

as needed.
