Job Description



Maintain organized and accurate records by managing databases, entering data efficiently, and keeping files well-structured. Process supplier invoices with precision, ensuring all payment details are verified and correctly documented. Assist with daily administrative tasks to support smooth and seamless office operations. Conduct research to identify trustworthy suppliers and recommend the best options for upcoming projects. Communicate with suppliers to request quotations, clarify details, and follow up on invoice matters. Take initiative by supporting ad-hoc assignments and mini projects as needed, showcasing flexibility and problem-solving skills.

Job Requirements



Currently pursuing or holding a Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, Accounting, Finance, or related fields. Able to work independently while managing multiple tasks with efficiency and responsibility. Willing to work on-site in Puchong, Selangor.

Contract length: 3 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
