Requirements

• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin
• Candidate possesses at least a Certificate / Diploma or above
• Hardworking, responsible, self-disciplined, and strong attention to detail
• Possess analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Responsibilities

• Assist with the processing of accounts payable & accounts receivable transactions
• Reconcile customer accounts and resolve any discrepancies
• Prepare debit notes, credit notes, invoices, and statements to customers
• Controlling credit and chasing debts
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by the management
• Provide administrative support to the accounts & finance team, including data entry and filing
