Must have basic accounting knowledge.
Handle daily accounting records and filing.
Record and key in business transactions on time.
Perform banking tasks such as depositing or withdrawing cash, banking in cheques, and making bank transfers when needed.
Ensure all invoices and payments are processed correctly and prepare payment vouchers.
Handle payroll and submit EPF, SOCSO, EIS, HRDF, and other HR-related matters.
Make sure all accounting records follow company policies and accounting standards.
Process and pay all approved payment requests, including staff claims, on time.
Prepare and organize documents required for banking.
Monitor daily cash flow and prepare simple cash flow projections to ensure enough funds for payments.
Communicate with suppliers to solve invoice issues.
Keep all financial and legal documents neat and well organized.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
