We are looking for a qualified, experienced and result-driven Accounts junior Executive to join our team.

This position will be directly reporting to Account Manager. This position are responsible for the financial, administrative and clerical support of a company. They are in charge of making payments owed by the company to suppliers and other creditors, paying vendor invoices or bills and others.

Job scope



Perform and handle account transaction. Completes payments timely by receiving, processing, verifying and keying in invoices. Receiving, processing and verifying documents for payments Keeping track of all payments and expenditures including Purchase Orders, Invoices and Statements. Update payment tracking system Generate Payment voucher Key in payment voucher to bank system for approval Ensure timely bank payments Assist to prepare internal Standard Operating procedure (SOP) for daily/monthly task Ensure that accounting policies and procedures are being strictly adhered by the staff and relevant parties. Entertain third parties related account matters and vendors Assist in preparing and closing financial report Any other ad-hoc or project task under account department Responsible to keep account team to meet the KPIs and goals or Perform any other task as assigned by the management. Support the current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital. Rotation task with account receivable every few cycle.

REQUIREMENTS



Minimum Diploma in Accounting, Finance or relevant field.

Experience in accounting will be advantage.

. UBS system experience will be advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular) and experience in using UBS accounting system is an added advantage.

Have a strong attention into details and reasonably hands-on in resolving issues

Able to multi-task and prioritize work effectively

Good written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa.

Good analytical thinking and strongly align with company values.

Able to work as a team in a fast pace environment.

Full-time position is available and able to start immediately will be an added advantage.
