Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account/Finance Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, financial reporting, and supporting system-related processes within an ERP/SRP environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle full set of accounts, including AP, AR, GL, and bank reconciliation. Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting activities. Manage and update accounting data in the ERP/SRP system accurately. Support audit processes and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Liaise with internal departments and external parties (e.g., auditors, banks).

Requirements:

Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance. Experience in ERP/SRP system is an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
