Bachelor\'s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
2+ years of experience in finance , accounting and/or administrative roles.
Familiar with operating financial software, Excel, PPT and other office software;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities efficiently.
Required language(s): Mandarin(Must speak & write), Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Responsibilities
Accounting: Responsible for recording the economic business of the enterprise in the account books, including income, expenses, assets, liabilities, etc.
Financial record keeper, full-charge bookeepers & petty cash.
Record expenditures process, receipts, payroll, Bank Recon and all other financial transactions.
Must know how to use Online Banking System (Maybank etc).
Payable: Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and promptly
Invoice: Responsible for producing, reviewing and managing enterprise invoice to ensure their legality and accuracy.
Taxation: Responsible for the company\'s tax declaration and payment, ensuring the company\'s tax compliance and compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
Other matters assigned by the leader.
