You will be responsible for maintaining existing relationships with merchants to drive growth for GrabFood. You will lead elements of business identification, partnerships, account management, and execution strategy.The Critical Tasks You Will PerformYou will manage a portfolio of key accounts with a focus on building lasting relationships and increasing profitability/revenue.You will liaise with merchants for merchant-funded promo programs, merchant commission schemes, new products/features, etc.You will identify bottlenecks and potential issues related to merchant operations and the content management process, and deliver solutions to these issues.You will evaluate strategic and partnership opportunities, performing a broad range of quantitative and qualitative analyses.You will analyze data and develop initiatives to increase revenues/profitability for your portfolio and make decisions that build strong operational performance for your accounts.You will drive growth of key accounts, measured by deliveries and GMV.You will work across functions to tailor merchant-specific needs (e.g., customized reporting, marketing support, integrations) and deliver business improvement projects to create value for both merchants and GrabFood.You will drive operational excellence by working with the merchants and operations teams.You will report to the Commercial Manager - Ipoh & NEC and working onsite.QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will NeedYou have a recognized Bachelor's Degree in any field or a Diploma in Business/Management or equivalent.You have 1+ years of experience in an account manager role, sales, business development, partnerships, or a similar role.You have experience in the F&B industryYou have excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide comprehensive solutions for varying customer needs.You have the ability to fuse business, strategy, finance, and legal concepts to lead complex, multi-faceted deals and work effectively across internal and external organizations.You have a competitive edge, thrive in a team environment, are very organized, manage your own time and priorities well, and are energetic, enthusiastic, and calm even in dynamic, fast-paced environments.Additional InformationLife at GrabWe care about your well-being at Grab, here are some of the global benefits we offer:
