What is your mission?

As a Telemarketer , you will be working with our Pre-Own Account to perform outbound

telemarketing work. As a Telemarketer , your responsibilities are to make outbound calls and to

set appointment for interested customers over the phone. You are also required to perform

these job functions:

\xe2\x97\x8f Make outbound call on the provided leads and encourage the given offer to customers

\xe2\x97\x8f Convince and set appointment for interested customers over the phone

\xe2\x97\x8f Accurately update the system on the call outcome

\xe2\x97\x8f Deliver good customer experience by focusing on customers wants and needs

\xe2\x97\x8f Go \xe2\x80\x9cextra mile\xe2\x80\x9d to meet appointment quota

\xe2\x97\x8f Meeting the quality service standards

\xe2\x97\x8f Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management

from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the

effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001

and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of TDCX

Who are we looking for?

\xe2\x97\x8f Candidate must possess at least Diploma from of any field with minimum of 1 year

of relevant work experience.

\xe2\x97\x8f Those with SPM /STPM/\xe2\x80\x9dA\xe2\x80\x9d Level/Pre-U qualification with relevant years of work

experience will be considered.

\xe2\x97\x8f Good spoken of English & Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin will be an added advantage).

\xe2\x97\x8f Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

\xe2\x97\x8f Confident, self-motivated and commission/target driven.

\xe2\x97\x8f Cool-tempered and good in rejection handling.

\xe2\x97\x8f Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

\xe2\x97\x8f Self-competent in assessing customer needs and identifying sales opportunities.

\xe2\x97\x8f Proven track record in a sales environment will be an added advantage.

\xe2\x97\x8f Possess a service-oriented customer service mindset with excellent telephone etiquette.

\xe2\x97\x8f Independent and self-motivated.
