This role combines client servicing, marketing coordination, and project management that ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, creative, and tech-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Schedule meetings, handle briefing sessions, and collect feedback.
Prepare and follow up on quotations, invoices, and reports.
Assist with social media content planning and ad campaigns.
Coordinate production of marketing materials (posters, banners, etc.).
Track campaign performance and client satisfaction.
Maintain CRM and sales pipelines.
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years in account management, marketing, or client servicing.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and follow-up skills.
Familiar with Google Docs, Canva, social media tools.
Able to write in English and Malay fluently.
Bonus: Knowledge in CRM (HubSpot/Zoho), digital ad platforms, proposal writing.
