ACCOUNT MANAGER

under CHOWDHURY GROUP MALAYSIA to

manage all related of company Account.



Responsibilities



Monitor and guide of accounting team for the daily accounting activities. Provide guidance on complex financial issues. Prepare budgets, forecast and cash flow management. Liaising with internal and external parties when necessary, such as auditor, tax agent, banker and others. Ensure the accounting matters compliance with financial policies and procedures. Screening employment candidates and conducting interviews. Report on the actual financial performances against budget and previous years and explain the variances with facts and figures. Responsible for review and analysis monthly management accounts and ensure monthly management reports are accurate, complete and submitted on time. Manage cash flow and ensure fund availability for payments and expenditures. Perform other related duties assigned from time to time. Responsible for attends monthly meeting and present financial reports. Build relationships with clients to ensure project success. Develops and executes strategic account plans to achieve sales goals and value-creating objectives. Strong interpersonal, planning, organizational, problem solving, sense of urgency and decision making skills. Mentoring Accounts Executives and account team for purposes of ensuring that their accounting and analysis duties are done well. Ensuring that the financial records are accurate. Ensuring that every expense is properly documented. Ensuring that the books of accounts are completed every end of the month. Ensuring that the books of accounts are compiled at the end of every financial year. To supervises financial transaction processes and reporting, planning, communicating, leading, serving as internal Consultant and an expert in all financial matters.
