Job Responsibilities

Manage the delivery of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting services to clients in accordance with engagement terms, deadlines, and quality standards. Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and other client deliverables. Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards (e.g., MFRS) and client-specific requirements. Develop and manage engagement budgets and timelines. Proactively identify and address client needs and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions. Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients.

Requirement

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or team leadership role. Experience in a reputable accounting firm or corporate accounting department is highly desirable. Experience with cloud accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks Online, SQL, AutoCount) is a strong advantage.
