Enthusiastic people who are completely in their element here at Oleon are more than welcome to join our team.We are looking for an Account Manager to further strengthen our sales department.As an Account Manager, you will play an important role in sell the organization's products to customers, both broadening services to existing customers as well as detecting new opportunities in the market, within the business strategies and pricing frameworks, in order to achieve volume and sales objectives and to increase market share.Some of your main duties & responsibilities:

  • Managing wide portfolio of customers, from global strategic accounts to local leading accounts in lubricant industry
  • Work as the key role in Oleon global strategic account team in to manage the customer relationship between Oleon and global leading lubricant companies in Asia Pacific markets
  • Implement global business strategy in lubricant market in Asia Pacific region. Develop our position in the lubricant segment by expanding our business at the existing customers and growing new customers by active prospection.
  • Manage the daily customers' visits, reporting and contracts and other follow-ups
  • Work closely with your colleagues within and outside the sales department (marketing,supply chain, purchasing) to make sure you can meet the requirements of both the customer and Oleon
  • Achieve both the financial targets and no-financial KPIs as required
You'll succeed if:
  • You have a minimum of degree in chemical engineering or equal by experience
  • You have minimum 5 years' experience in sales & marketing in industrial markets in Asia
  • Have extensive experience in B2B sales to key players in industrial markets. Lubricant market will be added value
  • You are eager to close the deals, propose partnering options and able to develop longer terms projects with strategic global and local accounts
  • You have excellent communication and personal skills with strong ability to communicate across a range of diverse cultures and corporate levels
  • You are proactive, business driven and results oriented
  • You have organization skills and ability in multi-task in a fast-paced environment by working independently
  • Being part of a team meeting dead-lines and expectations
  • Willing travel up to minimum 30% of your time in Asia
